- When is the 2026 event?
- September 22, 2026 in Portland, Oregon. Two hours of programming plus structured networking.
- What does sponsorship include?
- Both tiers include 10,000-recipient email/newsletter visibility, on-site presence, logo on the TAO website, social acknowledgements, and recognition during the event. Premier adds exclusivity, year-round visibility across all TAO communities, podcast feature, and co-hosting a community event.
- Is Premier exclusive?
- Yes — Premier is exclusive within your community. Only one Premier sponsor per community per cycle.
- Can we suggest a panelist?
- Yes. Presenting sponsors can suggest speakers or moderate a session. Premier sponsors collaborate directly with Community Chairs on speakers and topics.
- How does the 10k newsletter audience break down?
- TAO's monthly newsletter reaches 10,000+ Oregon technology professionals — engineers, executives, founders, investors, and operators. Open and click metrics are shared with sponsors after the campaign.
- Can we host an off-event activation?
- Yes — see the Custom Sponsorship page. We've supported networking hosts, speaker series underwriters, hiring spotlights, and multi-year partnerships.
- What's the deadline to sponsor?
- Sponsorship slots typically close 6 weeks before the event, but Premier slots fill faster. Reach out as early as possible.
- Is there a discount for multi-year commitments?
- Yes — multi-year Premier or Presenting partnerships are available at a reduced annual rate. Ask the team for details.
- Can we pay by invoice?
- Yes. All sponsorships are invoiced through TAO with standard net-30 terms.
